ASHBURN, Va. Thurman Thomas Jersey . -- The Washington Redskins and the NFL are reviewing an incident in which a game official allegedly directed profane words at left tackle Trent Williams. "You just cant use that type of language to get your point across," Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said. Williams said he was called vulgar names by official No. 81 -- which would be umpire Roy Ellison -- during a Redskins possession late in the second quarter of Sundays 24-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Other players say they heard the words as well, and a replay shows Ellison gesturing at Williams while walking backward just before a snap, with Williams, quarterback Robert Griffin III and tight end Niles Paul turning to look back at Ellison. "To me, this is a players league," Williams told reporters after the game. "I just dont think theres no room for you to have to take that from the team and the refs. I think its very unprofessional. ... Im at a loss for words. You never expect that, as a player, going into the game to have to beef with the refs also." "Its psychologically -- youve got to think youre going against the refs, and you cant play the refs," Williams said. "At the end of the day, theyve got the last call. When that flag comes out of their pocket, its their choice to pick it up or not. You know, thats a helpless feeling." Shanahan said he has spoken to the players involved. Some of the linemen were wearing microphones, which the league can use to verify exactly what happened. "I feel very strongly about words that were used to our players," Shanahan said, "because you have a number of players that said they heard it. Im disappointed in what had happened, but thats probably all I can discuss at this point." After the game, a pool reporter approached the officials bus and asked head referee Walt Coleman for comment. The reporter said Coleman directed the driver to roll up the window, and the bus pulled away. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said the incident is "under review." E.J. Gaines Jersey . The 20-year-old overager has appeared in 35 games for the Ontario Hockey Leagues Erie Otters this season, scoring 41 goals and adding 27 assists with a plus-28 rating. Jordan Mills Jersey . - The Seattle Seahawks have signed nine players to 2014 future contracts, including quarterback B.HARRISON, N.J. -- Thierry Henry and Lloyd Sam scored second-half goals to give the New York Red Bulls their first win of the season, 2-1 over the Philadelphia Union on Wednesday night. Eric Alexander helped set up both goals, contributing on Henrys tally in the 57th and lofting a cross 10 minutes later for Sam to head inside the right post. Sebastien Le Toux converted an 80th-minute penalty kick for Philadelphia after Ibrahim Sekagya was ejected for an intentional handball in the penalty area, and New York finished the final 12 minutes with 10 men. It was only the second time this season the Red Bulls had scored more than one goal in a game and the third straight match in which Philadelphia had allowed two goals. New York (1-2-4) moved into a four-way tie for fourth place in Major League Soccers Eastern Conference, including the Union (1-2-4). "We just got to believe in ourselves," said midfielder Tim Cahill, who entered in the second half for his first appearance in three matches since injuring his hamstring in the first half against Chivas USA on March 30. "We found our feet today. We found three points. This is the beginning of our season."; After another uninspired first half, New York picked up its play after halftime. LeSean McCoy Jersey. . Roy Miller exchanged passes with Alexander before breaking into the left side of the penalty area and sending a ball back into the middle. Henry ran onto it unmarked and easily beat Philadelphia goalkeeper Zac MacMath. Alexander provided the primary assistance on the eventual winner. His chipped cross into the middle of the area was met by Sam, who powered it in from just outside the 6-yard box. "To allow two serves into the box that easy ... its baffling to watch," Philadelphia coach John Hackworth said. "If you think about the plays we got right, and then we let those goals in. Well just have to go back and evaluate it." Hackworth inserted Conor Casey and Antoine Hoppenot in the final 25 minutes to spark his offence. Casey was able to get off a shot that hit the left post. On the ensuing scramble, Maurice Edus try was blocked by a sliding Sekagya. Neither team was able to generate more than a handful of chances in the first half. A cool night and repeated errant passes by both sides resulted in a relatively uneventful 45 minutes. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys ChinaNFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
